Roblox open-sources Cube 3D, a generative AI model for creating 3D objects

Roblox launched the first iteration of its 3D model, Cube, which generates 3D meshes from a single text prompt, currently in beta for creators. The company also released an open source version of Cube 3D that anyone can customize, extend with plug-ins, or train on their own datasets. Roblox said text generation, text-to-speech, and speech-to-text tools will follow in the coming months.
